Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 7 working days of your order being placed. A confirmation email will be sent upon your order being despatched and if the orders has been sent via a courier, tracking information will be included enabling you to track the progress of your order online. All deliveries require a signature.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and so, even after use, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for whatever reason simply return the item to us within 30 days and we will refund you in full and it won't cost you a penny. Return any unsuitable items using our FREE returns service, a pre-paid label is supplied with every order or you can arrange for our courier to collect your parcel directly from you(details supplied with your order).
